Please share your updated CV to sunetra.ray@roitech.biz  Position: SAP TM Consultant Location: PAN India (Remote) Experience Level: 5+ years in Transportation Management Availability: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP TM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Transportation Management, with experience in full-cycle implementations, support, and solution design. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand transportation requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation and rollout of SAP TM modules (Basic Shipping, Advanced Shipping, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, etc.) Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse transportation/logistics requirements. Configure SAP TM according to business needs and best practices. Design and document functional specifications and work with developers for custom enhancements. Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM) and external systems. Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and resolve system/user issues. Deliver training and documentation for end-users and key stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest SAP TM releases and innovations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management. Strong knowledge of end-to-end transportation processes (planning, execution, freight costing, and settlement). Experience in at least one full SAP TM implementation project. Proficiency in integration with ECC/S4HANA, SAP PI/PO or CPI, and third-party logistics tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. SAP TM certification (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM embedded version. Familiarity with EWM, GTS, and LE modules. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
