Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Sales Opportunities:
  • Research and identify potential clients in need of IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand Client Needs:
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Recommend appropriate IT solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales:
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close profitable sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams:
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure seamless delivery and deployment of services.
  • Stay Informed About IT Trends:
  • Keep up to date with the latest IT products, services, and market trends.
  • Share relevant industry insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track and Report Sales Performance:
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on performance data to optimize results.

Your Profile:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and key players in the IT sector.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
