Job Description

Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Location: Onsite , Vibhuti Khand ,Lucknow
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on achieving monthly sales targets

Job Role Overview:

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They act as a key point of contact between the organization and customers, presenting products or services and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements or new products based on market trends and customer demand.

4. Sales Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and negotiations in CRM tools.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep up with the latest developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of digital services like websites, SEO, social media marketing is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
