Identify relevant tenders for Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Corel, and other IT software products. Prepare and submit bids, RFPs, RFQs, and participate in L1, PAC, and Reverse Auctions. Work closely with OEMs and internal teams to get accurate pricing, compliance documents, and authorization letters. Ensure all bids meet the technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and government norms. Maintain strong follow-up with government buyers and procurement officers. Monitor competition bids, pricing trends, and win/loss analytics to optimize future participation. Stay updated with latest changes on the GEM platform and relevant government procurement policies. Candidate Requirements:- Minimum 1-4 years of experience working on GEM, especially for IT software licensing. Strong knowledge of government procurement process, bid documents, and tender compliance. Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing (MOLP, CSP), Adobe VIP, Autodesk AEC collections, etc. Excellent written communication, document handling, and coordination skills. Graduate in any stream (BBA/BCA/BCom/MBA preferred); knowledge of IT software is a strong plus.
