Role Description

·        Identify and generate sales leads for government projects related to CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Networking solutions.

·        Conduct site assessments and present technical proposals tailored to public sector needs and specifications.

·        Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government procurement norms.

·        Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, consultants, and system integrators.

·        Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and project milestones.

·         Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·        Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates relevant to security and networking solutions

·        Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades as required.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Proven experience in sales of technical systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Networking)—preferably for government or large institutional clients.

·        Technical understanding of CCTV, fire alarm, and networking products and standards.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with government stakeholders.

·        Familiarity with government procurement processes and tender management.

·        Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.

·        Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Additional certifications in electronics, security, or technical sales are a plus.

·        Ability to travel and collaborate across multiple government departments and project locations.

·        Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills for handling complex and compliance-driven sales cycles.
