IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Initiate contact with potential clients through chat, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Assist in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Maintain records of all sales activities and track pipelines using CRM or Excel tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify potential markets.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
