Role Description We are hiring a results-driven IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (2–5 years experience) to join our team at Ottomern Technologies . The candidate will be responsible for international B2B sales across the USA, UK, and India through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach . This is a full-time role (Remote / Bareilly Office) focused on building long-term client relationships, promoting our web, mobile, and AI development services , and achieving consistent sales growth. Responsibilities Generate qualified leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn . Sell IT services including custom web & mobile app development, SaaS, AI tools, and support services . Build relationships with clients and maintain follow-ups through CRM tools. Create and present proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation . Strong understanding of software services, SaaS, and digital products . Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Upwork . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
