Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client accounts for contract (C2C, SOW-based) staffing and consulting services across the US and Canadian market.
- Sell Canus Resources' contract staffing solutions to implementation partners, system integrators, and end clients.
- Understand client project needs and collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver top-notch consultants.
- Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships with hiring managers, procurement leads, and vendor management teams (VMS/MSP).
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation to deal closure.
- Track activities and pipeline in CRM tools with regular reporting to leadership.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT consulting sales, IT services sales, or IT staffing sales focused on contract (C2C/SOW) roles in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing landscape, particularly C2C and contract consulting engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently during US EST business hours (night shift in India) from our Hyderabad office.
What we’re looking for
- Existing network of clients, vendors, or Tier-1 partners.
- Experience working with niche skills such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Cybersecurity, or ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Ceipal, Zoho, Salesforce etc.,
