Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, and offer negotiation. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Strategy

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
    • Conduct mass mailing campaigns to attract passive and active candidates.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
  • Screening & Evaluation

    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate technical assessments and feedback collection.
  • Interview Coordination

    • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ensure smooth logistics and timely communication throughout the interview process.
    • Follow up with interviewers and candidates for feedback and next steps.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
    • Act as a liaison between candidates and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Offer & Negotiation

    • Facilitate salary discussions and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
    • Ensure timely offer rollouts and acceptance tracking.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and hiring managers.
  • ATS & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (domestic or international staffing).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
