In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries • Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promote our employer brand online and offline Requirements for the role: • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter(Only Domestic) • Preferred experience in C2H or Contract staffing • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT roles and technologies • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making skills • Able to work on Niche Requirements and Graduation is mandatory For More details contact on-Sree Latha- 8008311226 Please Refer If you have anyone suitable for this role.
