Job description Job title: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive Location:Kondapur Hyderabad Type of Job: Work from office only Experience needed: 06 Months-2+Years Qualification: Any Graduate with excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: Utilize job boards, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent. Develop and maintain a network of candidates through LinkedIn, Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic advice. Manage candidate interactions, from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer management. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management. Qualifications: 06 Months-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate job requirements and company culture effectively. Experience in negotiating salaries, benefits, and other employment terms. Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
