Location: Sector 63, Noida
Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description :-

We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 6 months of internship experience in IT recruitment for domestic staffing. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical roles. Full training and guidance will be provided to help you become a successful recruiter in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT staffing.
• Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Maintain updated records of candidate interactions and statuses.
• Ensure a smooth hiring experience and follow up with selected candidates.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 6 months internship experience in IT Recruitment.
• Graduation in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or any technical background.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT/domestic recruitment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
