Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be passionate about identifying and engaging top tech talent. Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle IT recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and other channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates post-interview and manage offer negotiation. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements. Key Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of various IT technologies, roles, and terminologies. Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening IT resumes. Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. Certification in recruitment or HR is a plus. Prior experience with IT services or staffing firms preferred.
