Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US hiring process, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with major job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for various client requirements in the US market.
• Work on different job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR software systems.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations and hiring practices is a plus.
• Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
