Your main duties will include supervising the crushing, refining, and solvent extraction processes of mustard oil, ensuring continuous production at optimum capacity while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring and managing the entire production cycle from seed processing to oil extraction, refining, and final product packaging. You will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve energy efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain strict quality control standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished edible oils. Leading a team of plant managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators will be a key aspect of your role.
