Production Head

As a Production Head at our organization in Alwar, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day plant operations, including crushing, refining, and solvent extraction of mustard oil. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous production at optimum capacity while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and managing the entire production cycle from seed processing (crushing) to oil extraction, refining, and final product packaging. - Leading process improvement initiatives across the crushing, refining, and solvent extraction operations to improve yield, reduce waste, enhance energy efficiency, and evaluate/introduce new technologies. - Overseeing the development and maintenance of strict quality control standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished edible oils. - Leading a team of plant managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators to ensure high levels of efficiency, productivity, and morale. - Supervising the maintenance of critical equipment involved in crushing, refining, and extraction processes to prevent unplanned downtime. - Preparing and managing the plant's annual budget, ensuring that financial goals are met while maintaining production efficiency.
