Role Purpose:

1. The Production Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire manufacturing operations of the EMS facility, ensuring high productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while meeting customer delivery commitments.

2. This role drives strategic planning, manpower management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination across SMT, Assembly, Testing, and Packing lines.

3. The Production Head ensures that production activities align with organizational goals, quality standards (ISO/IATF/IPC), and safety regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Skills

1. Strong knowledge of SMT, THT, and Box Build Assembly operations.

2. Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and yield improvement.

3. Understanding of DFM/DFA, line balancing, and lean manufacturing principles.

4. Familiarity with automation, AOI/SPI systems, and production monitoring tools (MES/ERP).

5. Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD handling, and quality control systems.

6. Strong analytical ability for root cause analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and CAPA implementation.

7. Expertise in data-driven decision-making (OEE, KPI, efficiency metrics).

8. Ability to manage large teams and multi-line operations efficiently.

9. Strategic thinking for capacity expansion, productivity improvement, and cost control.

10. Excellent leadership with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive teams toward goals.
