We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale music concerts and live events.
Role & Responsibilities:
Overall planning, execution & supervision of concert production
Coordinate with sound, light, LED, stage, rigging & power vendors
Finalize production BOQs, layouts & technical riders
Vendor negotiation, cost control & timeline management
Manage on-ground production team & manpower
Ensure timely load-in, rehearsals, show execution & load-out
Liaison with artists, artist managers & technical teams
Ensure safety standards, compliance & risk management
Troubleshoot live-event challenges in real time
Required Skills & Experience:
3–8+ years experience in concerts / large live events
Strong technical knowledge of stage, sound, light & LED
Vendor network & negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving & leadership ability
Comfortable with high-pressure live environments
Willing to travel & work long event hours
Location: Thane (Event-based travel required)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
