Job description *
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Ensure timely production as per customer schedules while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
● Implement and monitor production KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, rejection, and downtime.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.).
● Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements
● Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations
● Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, training, and performance management
● Control production costs, scrap, rework, and material wastage
● Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory compliance, and company policies
● Lead new product launches, process improvements, and capacity expansion initiatives
● Prepare and present production MIS, reports, and reviews to senior management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
