JOB Description TRC Engineer Major responsibilities of position 1. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting : Diagnose faults and malfunctions in product. Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues at the component level. 2. Repair and Maintenance : Perform repairs on defective products and PCBA Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future failures and ensure optimal performance. 3. Testing and Validation : Test repaired products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other testing equipment to validate repairs. 4. Documentation : Maintain detailed records of all repairs, including the nature of the fault, repair actions taken, and parts replaced. Update maintenance logs and repair documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. 5. Quality Assurance : Implement and adhere to quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and durability of repairs. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of repaired components. 6. Component Sourcing and Inventory Management : Source and manage inventory of spare parts and components needed for repairs. Ensure timely availability of required parts to minimize repair turnaround time. 7. Technical Support and Training : Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other departments regarding electronic repair issues. Train junior technicians and production staff on repair techniques and best practices. 8. Process Improvement : Identify recurring issues and work on developing long-term solutions to prevent future failures. Suggest and implement improvements in repair processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 9. Root Cause Analysis : Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of recurring faults and failures. Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. 10. Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and calibrate repair and diagnostic equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Schedule regular maintenance for tools and equipment used in the repair process. 11. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest advancements in electronic repair techniques and tools. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. 12Key Skill Technical expertise Strong Ability to analyse problem Schematic Diagram,Layout & Electronics Component Knowledge Knowledge about electronics components and SMT technology.
