We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to support maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting activities across Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom systems. The role involves working in both shift-based and general working hours, ensuring smooth plant operations, system reliability, and adherence to safety and maintenance standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating field maintenance activities, attending equipment breakdowns, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role includes monitoring electrical and instrumentation systems, handling emergency situations such as power failures, and assisting in system normalization post-restoration.
The engineer will work with systems such as switchboards, relays, DCS, ECS, and telecom infrastructure. Responsibilities also include maintaining daily shift logs, maintenance records, and reports, generating trip and trend reports, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety practices. Coordination with internal teams and external service providers (such as telecom vendors) will be required to ensure uninterrupted operations.
The candidate should also participate in safety toolbox talks, support installation, replacement, and upkeep of telecom and communication systems, and assist during odd hours in case of critical breakdowns.
