PMC WH Executive Major responsibilities of position Warehouse operation Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and control. Implement and maintain effective warehouse layout and organization. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software Team management Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Foster a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork. Inventory Control Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.. Continuous improvement: Analyze warehouse processes, material flow, and inventory data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement process improvements, lean principles, and best practices to optimize material flow, reduce lead times, and enhance production efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Safety and security: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Maintain a secure warehouse environment, including access control and surveillance. Quality control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and damage-free shipments. Communication and reporting Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide regular reports and updates to management. Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting. Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels. Systems: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software Knowledge of electronic components, materials handling equipment, and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
