Role & responsibilities LOS (Line of Sight) concepts for in-house testing and utilization. Two-pole generator coolers, covers, and related components,enhancing efficiency and maintainability, defining assembly sequences and creating necessary production aids to improve efficiency and consistency. Extensive Quality Assurance experience across multiple roles including inspection, process development, and QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) preparation for both parts and processes. Knowledge of complete calibration system, ensuring measurement accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Knowledge and skills on motor production processes and associated production aids to streamline manufacturing. Vertical generator process development, including QAP preparation, process planning, and tooling design. Good knowledge in Bearings, Coolers, Hydraulics, Slip rings etc. It is good to have the knowledge in Fabrication, GD&T, machining, drawing etc. Preferred candidate profile Generator & Motor Segment
