You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production unit of the electronics manufacturing and system integration facility at a reputed company in Power Electronics located in Vishakapatnam. Your role will involve providing strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, assembly, quality, and delivery of wireless and automation-based equipment. You will lead and manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for electronic assembly and system integration. Implementing lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies to enhance efficiency will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Driving continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and quality across the plant will be essential, along with ensuring compliance with EHS and ISO standards. Collaboration with R&D and engineering teams on NPI and system integration of wireless and automation devices will be part of your role. To qualify for this role, you should have deep experience in managing high-mix, low-to medium volume electronic assembly lines, preferably in EMS or OEM setups. Strong knowledge of SMT/surface mounted technology, THT/through hole technology, and system-level integration is essential.
