Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT roles, with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various technology positions.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
