Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a good understanding of basic HR concepts. This role will involve supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR queries and follow-ups.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS documentation.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers to 4 yrs experience candidates are eligible
