Job Description

Role & responsibilities

IT Recruiter

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specification
Prepare recruitment materials and post openings on appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other platforms
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and other channels
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools within defined timelines
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Manage onboarding of new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and industry standards
Negotiate compensation packages and release offer letters to selected candidates
Maintain a strong joiner pipeline to minimize dropouts and ensure a high onboarding ratio
Prepare and share analytical, well-documented recruiting reports with the team
Act as a point of contact and build strong, influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process
Promote the companys reputation as a Best Place to Work

Preferred candidate profile

Need 1-3 years experienced candidates in IT recruitment (end to end recruitment) with excellent communication skills and can join immediately.
