Job Description

Key Responsibilities •

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various technologies.
  • Work closely with the clients hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with client teams, ensuring timely feedback.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring demands.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, interview status, and offers.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share weekly progress reports with the client.
  • Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and standards.
  • Support onboarding and documentation as required by the client.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on client-side hiring or staffing models.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing).
  • Experience hiring niche or senior technical positions.
