Job Description

Key Responsibilities •

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various technologies.
Work closely with the clients hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with client teams, ensuring timely feedback.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring demands.
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, interview status, and offers.
Track recruitment metrics and share weekly progress reports with the client.
Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and standards.
Support onboarding and documentation as required by the client.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on client-side hiring or staffing models.
Familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing).
Experience hiring niche or senior technical positions.
