Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions, with a strong understanding of the technical skills required in the industry. This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Work from office.

6 days work week.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Maintain a database of candidates and track the progress of recruitment efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and nurture a talent pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Strong networking abilities and familiarity with sourcing techniques.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
