Job Description

Experience:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT/non-IT positions (as applicable)
Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
, referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding support
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring

Required Skills:

1.5 to 4 years of experience in recruitment
Strong experience with
Naukri portal
Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on
multiple requirements
simultaneously
Experience in
C2H hiring
is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience hiring for IT roles
Exposure to client handling
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
