Position- IT Recruiter
Experience-2-4 Years
Location- Bangalore(WFO- 5days)
Notice Period-Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Building Relationships: Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide excellent customer service.
4. Managing Job Postings: Create and manage job postings to attract top talent.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT job roles, technologies, and industry trends.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
