Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
from requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding
Work closely with
hiring managers
to understand technical requirements and team needs
Source candidates using
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search
techniques
Screen resumes and conduct
initial technical and HR evaluations
Coordinate and schedule
technical interviews
and follow-ups
Drive
candidate engagement and experience
throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates
Handle
offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Support hiring for
niche and leadership roles
when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in
technical recruitment
Strong experience hiring for
IT roles
such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, UI/UX, etc.
Proficiency in
LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
Good understanding of
software development technologies and frameworks
Excellent
communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good to Have

Experience in
product-based or startup hiring
Exposure to
ATS tools
Experience hiring
niche or senior-level technical roles
