Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven End-to-End IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across various technologies and seniority levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and project needs. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates. Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, and coordinate technical assessments or interviews as needed. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms with selected candidates, and handle documentation. Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Pipeline Building: Maintain a strong network and pipeline of potential IT talent for future hiring needs. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruiting metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
