Source and screen candidates for various IT positions across domestic clients.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: resume screening, interviewing, negotiating, and offer closure.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
Maintain ATS and candidate databases.
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback communication.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

1-2 years of IT staffing recruitment experience,
domestic staffing only
.
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
Proficient with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
