Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing domestic IT staffing clients . Act as a single point of contact for client stakeholders and internal recruitment teams. Identify client needs, upcoming project requirements, and align staffing solutions accordingly. Ensure timely delivery of profiles, conduct follow-ups, and ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment process . Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure quality and timeliness of candidate submissions. Maintain a strong pipeline of repeat business through regular client engagement and account mining. Upsell or cross-sell services across different verticals within existing client accounts. Track and manage account performance against targets and SLAs. Prepare and deliver business reviews, reports, and performance metrics to clients and management. Resolve any client escalations with professionalism and urgency. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT staffing industry, focusing on domestic markets. Proven track record in account management or BDM roles with existing clients. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills across domains. Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Experience using ATS/CRM tools and MS Office.
