Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across Finance & Accounts, plant operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, production, supply chain, and leadership functions.
  
• Partner closely with business heads and plant HR to understand manpower requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  
• Leverage industry networks, referrals, campus hiring, and job portals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs.
  
• Conduct structured interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and manage candidate experience through every stage.
  
• Manage and update ATS and recruitment dashboards; maintain data hygiene and provide regular hiring reports.
  
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, technical institutes, and recruitment events.
  
• Collaborate with onboarding and HRBP teams to ensure seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EPC, or Engineering Services industries.
  
• Strong understanding of technical roles, blue-collar and white-collar hiring needs, and industrial recruitment best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, or internal databases.
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to work across functions and geographies.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
