Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Candidate Evaluation : Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews. Client Management : Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Offer insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes. Flexibility and Adaptability : Demonstrate flexibility in handling various types of positions as per business needs. Adapt recruitment strategies to meet changing requirements and priorities. Work Environment : Comfortable working 3-4 days from the office each week.
