Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and identify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand job descriptions and technical requirements clearly.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala and ATS systems.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
1-2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment .
