Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Understand job descriptions and technical requirements clearly.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala and ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment .
