Role & responsibilities

IT Recruiter Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client or internal project requirements and define job descriptions for IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers for feedback.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging IT skills, tools, and market trends.

HR Operations – Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain HR records, databases, and personnel files accurately.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist with statutory compliance — PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.
Handle exit formalities, full and final settlements, and feedback collection.
Generate HR reports and support audits when required.
Collaborate with management to improve HR policies and workflows.
