Experience: 3-6 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from identifying staing needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. This role is key to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support the companys growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Create and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for relevant experience and cultural t. ¢ ¢ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. ¢ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. ¢ ¢ ¢ Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices Required Skills and Qualications: ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld. 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.

¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prociency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices related to hiring and employment. Preferred Qualications: ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience in technical / IT recruitment (if applicable). Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. Certication in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (optional but preferred).
