Jconnect Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of IT Recruiter – Domestic Staffing. Candidates with any professional background or work experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates for domestic IT requirements
Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate discussions
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintaining recruitment data and daily trackers
Supporting the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Any work experience is acceptable (IT / Non-IT / Sales / BPO / HR )
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to learn IT recruitment
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work from office (Gomti Nagar location)
