Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing diverse IT skill sets and be well-versed with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT roles – from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer closure.
• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and deliverables.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
• Hire for a wide range of IT skills such as Java, .NET, PHP, React, Angular, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Databases, etc.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with hands-on exposure to any ATS (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies for niche IT skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in both services and product-based IT hiring is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
