Job Description

About the Role

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team culture.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical positions including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and other IT roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboardingfor both permanent and contract hires.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, including coding tests and panel discussions.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience).
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven experience in contract hiring.
Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and tools (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, databases).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Technical background or prior hands-on experience in IT.
Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical positions.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
