As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented IT professionals for various technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist in understanding the hiring needs of the company and the job requirements for technical roles.2. Source candidates through various channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and behavioral skills.4. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-up on candidate status.5. Maintain and update candidate databases to track recruitment progress and pipeline.6. Participate in onboarding activities, including coordinating with the HR department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.8. Provide regular reports on recruitment status and progress to management. Skills and Qualifications: 1. 0 to 1 years of experience with an interest in recruitment and human resources.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. A good understanding of IT technologies and roles such as software developers, testers, system admins, etc., is a plus.4. Ability to work independently and in a team.5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.6. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media is required.7. Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment domain.
