IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter Intern at AceNurture Digital Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a growing organization dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions and building strong teams that drive business success. You will have hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, under the guidance of experienced HR professionals. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in candidate sourcing through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and supporting day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher graduates or final-year students from any discipline with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and eagerness to learn and adapt are essential for this role. During the internship period, you will receive a stipend and benefit from professional mentorship, gaining practical HR experience. You will also receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the internship. Based on your performance, there is a potential opportunity for full-time employment.
