Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles.
● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, and
headhunting.
● Apply Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methods to find the right
talent.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
● Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
● Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
Requirements:
● 1–2 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment (end-to-end).
● Strong experience using Naukri & LinkedIn for sourcing.
● Good understanding of headhunting, Boolean search, and market mapping.
