Job Summary

Professional Soft-Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end ERP projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple clients and industries
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and QA professionals
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP modules like Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
