IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. - Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring each team member understands their roles. - Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, track expenses, and manage procurement. - Identify potential risks to project success, implement risk mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively. - Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, oversee testing and validation processes. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide detailed reports on milestones, budget adherence, and challenges. - Work in an Agile environment, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Continuously assess project management processes and implement improvements. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects in the IT industry. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies. - Solid understanding of software development processes, technology infrastructure, and IT industry. - Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, manage dynamics, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in project management software and communication tools. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: - Project Management Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or any relevant certification. - Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their implementation in IT projects. - Experience managing change in technology-related projects and vendor management.,
