IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure project goals align with service delivery requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget. Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
  

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience on Transformation, Technology modernization, Cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and digital technologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ADO, Jira).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and experience in working with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferred
