Job Summary:

• BA/ Project Coordinator with experience delivering B2B SaaS, E-Commerce, Healthcare, and Service solutions across the U.S. and Europe. The ideal candidate is passionate about bridging business and technology to optimize digital products, streamline operational workflows, and enhance the end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple IT initiatives in B2B SaaS, E-Commerce, Healthcare, and Service domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
• Assist in project planning including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Track and report project milestones, progress, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, document decisions, and manage follow-up actions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients across U.S. and European time zones to ensure clarity and progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, budgets, and scope changes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.
• Support the implementation of best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or any related field.
• Must have Knowledge About Mobile APP , WebSite and SEO/SMM/PPC etc It Services
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analyst/ IT project coordination or project management.
• Proven experience delivering or supporting projects in B2B SaaS, E-Commerce, Healthcare, or Service industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a confident and professional demeanour.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
